Google
does not use the keywords meta tag in web ranking
Surprise, surprise, surprise.
One of the first questions I get from people when talking to them about SEO is what Keywords should I use in the keyword metatag.
I tell them, that keywords for that metatag is not that important any more, because the BIG DOG of search engines (GOOGLE) does not use the keyword metatag for placement.
That doesn’t mean that you should not use the tag because some search engines still do but not GOOGLE.
